What should I include?

Tell us your device model, system version, Serenade version (Settings & About), and what happened. Screenshots are welcome if you remove personal information first. Please do not send passwords, Apple Account codes or payment details.

Sounds and saved mixes

The app includes 37 offline sounds, including 12 rain and 10 thunder options. Mix up to ten sounds, adjust each volume and save your combinations locally. No account is required. Some thunder sounds are intentionally strong; start at a comfortable low volume. Designed soundscapes and recordings containing rain are identified in the sound list.

The lock timer

In After Lock mode, audio starts when you press Play. The full selected duration begins only after five continuous locked minutes. Unlocking before the session ends resets the lock confirmation and timer. Lock detection depends on system support. Immediate Timer and Continuous Play are also available. This feature does not measure sleep or provide medical advice.

No sound?

Check the device output volume and audio route, the selected tracks and their volumes, and whether playback is paused. A call or another audio app can interrupt playback. Return to Serenade and resume when you are ready.

Installing and updating

Before public release, invited testers install and update through TestFlight. After release, iPhone and iPad updates are installed through the App Store. In-app update checks only direct you to the official store; they do not install software silently. A failed update check does not prevent offline playback.

Saved data and privacy

Saved mixes and preferences stay on the device. You can delete mixes in Saved. Deleting the app may remove its local data; device backups are controlled by your system settings. Read the privacy policy for network requests and support email handling.
